Operating instructions: turn on the power supply, start the combustion engine motor, and generate electric sparks between ignition electrodes. After pre blowing, the oil pump solenoid valve will automatically open, and the oil mist ejected from the nozzle will be ignited to form a flame after being broken down by the electric spark. At this time, the flame detector senses the flame brightness and the controller enters the locked state. After the ignition electrode delays the ignition again, stop the ignition, and the combustor enters the normal working state. If the ignition is unsuccessful, no flame is formed, or the flame detector does not feel the flame brightness, after a safe time, the safety alarm system acts, the starting working procedure of the combustor is cut off, and the fault red light is on. When the combustion engine is just started, if the flame detector has felt the brightness, the safety system will act, the controller will not enter the normal program, the solenoid valve will not open, the nozzle will not inject oil, and the fault red light will be on after a safe time. Therefore, when starting the burner in the bright place, be sure to cover the flame detector first to prevent it from seeing light. After the burner emits flame, release the flame detector immediately, otherwise the burner cannot work normally. The burner can be restarted after the red light of the burner is on for 3 minutes.
2. Precautions: when connecting the peripheral circuit to realize automatic control of boiler temperature, pressure and water level, please connect according to the wiring diagram of the control system. The oil suction pipe shall not be close to the bottom of the oil tank and shall be kept at a distance of 80-120mm. Turn off the burner before filling the oil tank. The fuel can be injected into the oil tank after being filtered. Restart the engine after filling for 20 minutes. The oil circuit system shall be free of oil and air leakage. Before starting the combustion engine, check whether the fuel tank is sufficient. The damper size shall match the nozzle specification. When the combustion engine is used, because the equipped boiler is inconsistent with the trial boiler when the combustion engine leaves the factory, it is generally necessary to adjust the air valve properly, and sometimes replace the oil nozzle with appropriate specification and injection angle. The operating ambient temperature of the burner shall not exceed 70 ℃, otherwise cooling and thermal insulation measures shall be taken. When used in colder areas, appropriate thermal insulation measures shall be taken for the oil storage device and oil supply and return pipeline system to prevent the oil pipeline from freezing and blocking. At the same time, the control circuit of the burner shall not be affected by moisture or high temperature. Please turn off the burner when cleaning the chimney. The motor and ignition transformer shall be protected from moisture and shall not be used in humid environment. The burner shall be installed in balance and should be used horizontally or vertically to avoid inclined use. When it is inconvenient to directly operate the combustor, external control switch and electrical protection device shall be connected. Frequently check whether the connection of the burner and its components is firm, loose and the position has changed. When the combustion engine is started, it is strictly prohibited to hurt people and destroy objects by the sudden flame.
3. For regular maintenance, the light diesel oil used must be clean. Please pay attention to cleaning the oil tank and oil filter regularly. Under normal use, replace the oil nozzle once a year, and replace the elastic coupling and rubber parts on the coupling once a year and a half. Foreign matters are not allowed to enter the air duct. The use site of the burner shall be away from inflammables and explosives, and fire extinguishing equipment shall be provided. Adjust the oil pressure appropriately according to the indicated value of oil pressure. Regularly check the combustion cylinder, impeller, flame detector and ignition electrode to remove oil and carbon deposits. In particular, the flame detector shall be kept clean and free from water. Be sure to cut off the power supply when maintaining the burner.
