  The common misunderstanding of boiler low nitrogen burner is poor protection, easy to catch fire and deflagration. Actual situation: combustion has necessary requirements for air-fuel quantity control. When the air is seriously insufficient, especially under high-power working conditions, if the heating is not stopped in time, the surface fabric will be easily damaged and a fire will occur in serious cases.

Actual situation: combustion has necessary requirements for air-fuel quantity control. When the air is seriously insufficient, especially under high-power working conditions, if the heating is not stopped in time, the surface fabric will be easily damaged and a fire will occur in serious cases. Scientific furnace head planning and combustion methods need to be selected. Low nitrogen burners of boilers with different power have different requirements for combustion methods, and the combustion power should be adjusted; If the furnace head planning is unreasonable and the combustion method can not release combustible gas in time, it will cause deflagration. Although the combustion meets the demand for ultra-low nitrogen combustion and there is too much air coefficient in the air, the combustion process is very rich. It is used in traditional boilers. In most cases, the CO content is tested.

   The boiler power drops greatly. Mainstream low nitrogen combustion control technology will inevitably affect the power of boiler. The simple replacement of the low nitrogen burner of the traditional boiler will indeed reduce the power by about 1.5% This is the inevitable result of increasing excess air. However, assuming that the heating operation management of the heating project is poor, other reasons will usually lead to more heat loss.

   The power loss varies with different NOx emission requirements. For details, please refer to the previously published measurement data for NOx emissions. With the successful development of boiler low nitrogen burner and related supporting assemblies, the localization of technical route has gradually entered a mature stage. The comprehensive cost is much lower than that of similar products in the original import channel. Other complete low nitrogen combustion methods are very competitive.
