The burner (burner) is one of the main components of the boiler. Its quality determines whether the boiler can effectively use the heat after fuel combustion, reach the rated output and operate safely, reliably and economically. Its function is to ensure that the fuel can be fully mixed, ignited in time and burned stably when entering the furnace.

In order to better meet the needs of combustion process in the furnace and ensure safe and economic operation of the boiler, the burner shall have the following main technical properties:

1. High combustion efficiency

The fuel oil burner shall be able to atomize the fuel oil well within a certain regulation range, with fine and uniform oil particles, appropriate atomization angle, and uniform oil mist distribution along the circumference, so as to increase the contact area between oil mist and air. Under the rated gas pressure, the gas burner shall be able to pass the rated gas volume and burn it fully to meet the production of the rated heat load of the boiler.

2. Air distribution shall be reasonable to ensure stable and complete combustion of fuel

The air necessary for combustion shall be supplied from the root of the flare, which shall be quickly and evenly mixed with the oil mist to ensure complete combustion and less harmful substances (CO, NOx, etc.) generated in the flue gas. It can make the air flow form an appropriate reflux zone and keep the fuel and air in a higher temperature field, so as to ensure rapid ignition and stable combustion.

3. The flame generated by combustion is compatible with the structural shape of the furnace

It produces a better flame fullness. The flame temperature and blackness shall meet the requirements of the furnace, and the flame shall not scour the furnace wall, furnace bottom and extend to the convective heating surface.

4. The regulation range is large, which can meet the needs of regulating boiler load

From the lowest load to the highest load of the boiler, the burner can work stably without tempering and de ignition.

5. Less energy is required for combustion atomization.

6. The resistance of the air regulating device is small.

7. The operation of ignition, ignition and regulation is convenient, safe and reliable, and the operation noise is small.

8. The flow resistance is small and the amount of pollutants is small.
