   The heating capacity of the burner of the heating furnace depends on the intensity of the flame (furnace temperature), the surface area of the furnace tube and the total heat transfer coefficient. The stronger the flame, the higher the furnace temperature, the greater the temperature difference between the furnace and the oil flow, and the greater the heat transfer: the larger the furnace tube area in contact with the flame and flue gas, the more heat transfer; The better the thermal conductivity of the furnace tube, the more reasonable the furnace structure and the more heat transfer.

   The burner structure of heating furnace is mainly composed of the following five systems:

   Air supply system: the function of the air supply system is to send air with a certain wind speed and air volume into the combustion chamber. Its main components include: shell, fan motor, fan impeller, air gun fire pipe, damper controller, damper baffle, cam adjusting mechanism and diffuser.

   2. Ignition system: the function of the ignition system of the burner of the heating furnace is to ignite the mixture of air and fuel

   There are: ignition transformer, ignition electrode, electric fire high-voltage cable.

   3. Monitoring system: the function of the monitoring system is to ensure the safe and stable operation of the burner, and its main components are flame

   Monitors, pressure monitors, temperature monitors, etc.

   4. Fuel system: the function of burner fuel system of heating furnace is to ensure the fuel required for burner combustion. The fuel system of fuel burner mainly includes: oil pipe and joint, oil pump, solenoid valve, nozzle and heavy oil preheater. As long as the gas burner has filter, pressure regulator, solenoid valve group, ignition solenoid valve group and fuel butterfly valve.

   5. Electric control system: the electric control system is the command center and contact center of the above systems. The main control element is the program controller. Different program controllers are equipped for different sulfur recovery burners. The main difference is that the step time of each program is different.
