When the burner manufacturer teaches you how to prolong the service life of the burner, the maintenance and repair of the burner is very important. Regular maintenance and repair is an important condition for prolonging the service life of the burner. Before maintenance, the burner and its parts shall be fully inspected. The routine maintenance of the burner can save a lot of energy and money and prolong the service life of the combustion system. A burner with regular maintenance can timely and effectively adapt to the changes of working environment.

   Burner - for oil fired burners, clean the "Y" filter. Good filtering effect of heavy oil and residue is the key to prevent blockage of fuel injection nozzle and valve.

   a. Check the pressure difference on the burner to see whether it works normally and whether the oil pressure is within the appropriate range, so as to ensure that the fuel pressure can be accurately read out after adjusting the burner. Adjust the extended length of the atomizer on the oil nozzle, adjust and detect the low oil pressure switch. When using heavy oil, check the fuel oil heating and control device and check the oil temperature switch on the burner pipe group. Consult the required oil viscosity to ensure the normal operation of the burner, and regularly check whether the viscosity of the used heavy oil or residue meets the requirements. It is also necessary to clean and lubricate the oil valve connections. If the connection is stuck or too rough, repair or replace with suitable accessories. Finally, clean the oil nozzle regularly according to the manufacturer's requirements.

   b. Main gas source of natural gas burner - for burners fueled with natural gas, check the main gas source control valve to ensure that the line is intact. Do not adjust the regulating valve of the gas company. The gas company will assist in cleaning, maintenance and adjustment of the main air source regulating valve. If there is a sensing line, check it for damage.

   Filter - if a "Y" type filter is installed in front of the control regulating valve, pay attention to cleaning the control regulating valve - check the control regulating valve on the gas burner to see if the regulating bolt is easy to adjust. Make sure that all outlets and screens are not blocked.

  Burner - check the gas pipe group and confirm whether the manual switch adjustment is sensitive and whether the valve handle is installed. Check whether the barometer works normally. When adjusting the gas burner, accurate pressure display is very important. Rotate the low and high pressure switches to confirm their operation. The connection of the air valve shall be cleaned and lubricated. If the connection is bonded or too rough, it shall be replaced with appropriate accessories. If the burner is equipped with removable pipeline, pay attention to cleaning.

  c. In addition to the above fuels, there are many kinds of fuels for burners of other fuels. The burner manufacturer can assist in providing burner maintenance schedule and steps when using other fuels, and determine a good maintenance plan.

  d. Do not ignore the oxygen supply. Once the maintenance plan of the oil supply system and burner has been determined, check the oxygen supply of the system. The oxygen supply of most burners is realized by a fan or fan combination system.
