Whether the on-site air channel is smooth? Whether the water (oil) shortage alarm device is adjusted correctly and can operate normally? Whether the operation regulations of thermal energy equipment (steam boiler) are satisfactory? The fuel delivery pipeline shall be purged and cleaned and the air shall be discharged.

   Check whether the voltage connecting the power supply line of the burner is consistent with the standard of the burner, and whether the power connection between the power supply line and the motor is consistent with the power supply voltage. Check whether all electrical connections on site are correctly implemented according to the instructions in the circuit diagram, verify that all air supply pressures are consistent with the nameplate requirements on the gas valve, and check that the gas supply pipeline has been correctly connected without leakage. Verify that the burner itself has operating conditions.

   After closing the main power switch, open all ball valves outside the burner. If the thermostat has been closed, the power is sent to the controller through the gas pressure switch. If the operating conditions are met, start the operation. After that, the fan motor is connected and purged in front of the combustion chamber. At this time, the combustion supporting air damper, gas pipeline valve and return air damper return to the direction of low fire flame for incineration. Then, the gas valve (main valve and safety valve) is opened and the burner is incinerated. After ignition, enter the manual operation mode to regulate and control the high and low fire.
