For the newly installed furnace body, carefully check whether the gas meets the requirements of the burner before commissioning; Check whether the detection instrument on the gas supply pipeline is normal, whether the opening and closing of pipeline valves are normal, and whether it is convenient for future use and maintenance.

   For newly installed pipelines, carefully check the installation reliability and tightness of all pipelines. Users using independent gasification station shall ensure that the gas supply volume and gas supply parameters meet the requirements of safe combustion. Operators shall carefully read the equipment operation manual and master the safe operation knowledge and methods.

   Check whether the gas valve is opened before starting each time, otherwise the burner will not operate. Start the power control button on the control cabinet. At this moment, the digital display meter will display the current temperature in the furnace. This temperature of the newly installed furnace body is the ambient temperature. Start the fan control button and the fan installed on the furnace body will operate. At this moment, if the fan is damaged, the control cabinet will take the initiative to protect from the next operation.

   When there is no abnormality in the operation of burner combustion supporting fan, start the combustion control button. At this moment, the combustion program controller starts to operate. It realizes safe combustion through certain procedures such as ignition, air supply, flame detection and so on. When the combustion controller receives signals unfavorable to combustion (e.g. ignition failure, unstable air pressure, circuit problem), the combustion controller will immediately turn off the gas and send out an alarm signal.
