The full-automatic biogas burner is composed of back pressure valve, flame arrester, manual maintenance valve, pneumatic valve, burner, exhaust hole, electrical control device, igniter, etc. The integrated device collects the biogas generated in the anaerobic treatment of sewage and transmits it to the biogas burner through pipeline.

   The pressure control is used to detect the air pressure in the pipe. When the pressure reaches the set value, the pneumatic ignition device opens the pneumatic valve, the biogas passes through the flame arrester to the burner, is mixed with the air for combustion, and is discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust hole. When the force in the pipe is too bad lower than the set value, the valve is closed to complete the combustion.

   Pressure control range of main technical parameters of biogas burner: 1.2-2.5. Make specific adjustment according to biogas quantity. Output signal mode: pressure and temperature 4-20madc biogas burner equipment and commissioning. Because biogas is a combustible gas and the exhaust hole is at a high position, it is necessary to pay attention to the system grounding when installing the device. 

   The grounding device adopts galvanized angle steel grounding electrode (50 * 50 * 5, l-2500) and connects the grounding electrode and exhaust hole with galvanized flat steel (40 * 4). According to the site conditions, the grounding electrode can also be used underground reinforced concrete or buried metal pipeline (non flammable and explosive, liquid steam electrical and other pipelines).
