During normal oil pumping, the oil column shall be ejected outward.
Another reason why the fuel injection nozzle does not inject fuel is that the oil cut-off solenoid valve is not energized. When the oil cut-off solenoid valve loses power, even if the oil pump operates normally, the high-pressure end will not supply oil to the fuel nozzle. The fuel oil is allowed to spray out only after the controller energizes the oil cut-off solenoid valve. Its purpose is to prevent the deflagration of the originally accumulated fuel oil in the furnace in case of open fire.
Under normal conditions, during ignition, the burner shall conduct pre blowing to blow out the residual fuel oil in the combustion chamber, and then inject fuel for ignition. In the pre blowing stage, although the oil pump motor runs, the oil cut-off solenoid valve is not energized, and the high-pressure diesel pumped by the oil pump is cut off by the oil cut-off solenoid valve and cannot be connected to the fuel injection nozzle.
The cause of no high-pressure fire, First, the ignition transformer is not energized (it may be that the power supply line or the relay in the controller is in poor contact); second, the insulation between the two thermal power poles is poor due to carbon deposition, the high voltage is leaked, and no discharge spark is generated. The distance between the ignition electrodes should be about 3mm, the distance between the ignition electrode and the front end face of the nozzle should be about 5 ~ 7mm, and the insulation between the two electrodes must be good.
